The young lady at the front desk didn't get her name she was absolutely amazing. She was so cheerful, kind, and incredibly helpful with giving us information about locations we needed. She made check-in easy and welcoming, and her positive attitude really stood out. We need more receptionists like her — she truly made our stay better
A nice, average hotel. We had a room by the pool, so there was noise throughout most of the day — though it didn’t really bother me. The room featured a big king bed with nice sheets. Great location, just a 3–4 minute walk to all the main attractions.
Had a great experience here. The rooms are nicely updated and clean. They have mini-fridge, microwaves and coffee makers in the rooms. There is coffee and water available to guests all day and they have complimentary danishes from Olsen's on the weekend. They also have an ice machine and vending machines for snacks and drinks, although, the drink machine is located in a different spot on the property. U.P., the manager was very friendly and accommodating, made the stay there a memorable one. It's located at the entrance to Solvang and just a quick walk to city center. About 10 mins.
This hotel was great for our first time staying at Solvang. It is close enough walk to get into town and shops. The price was a great deal and the staff was super friendly. The environment was peaceful, safe and quiet; perfect to get a nice relaxation! The bed was super comfy and I deeply enjoyed the bathtub jets. What a treat! I really enjoyed staying here.
Clean upgraded rooms with large very comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.
The room is clean, although towels are not throughly washed. They have outdoor pool with jacuzzi. Which we do not enjoy because its freezing outside we love th danish look of this hotel.

Exceptional service at the Kronborg Inn in Solvang! The manager, Upali, was absolutely phenomenal. He helped me with a cancellation and ensured my refund was handled smoothly and without any stress. He was professional, kind, and incredibly understanding throughout the entire process. Customer service like this is rare, and it truly made a difference. Because of Upali, I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend the Kronborg Inn.
